Blitzz is a force multiplier of SMEs in any organization. Founded in 2016 by an MIT scientist and a Google software engineer, Blitzz is a video-, AR, and AI-powered platform. Blitzz integrates with existing field service management systems and CRMs, becoming a complementary system of record for all collaborative events. Supported by machine learning, it predicts relevant support resources for future work orders.
