CableLabs has teamed up with Charter, Light Field Lab, OTOY and Visby to create the Immersive Digital Experiences Alliance. Principal architect, Arianne Hinds of CableLabs, is helping work to develop an end-to-end ecosystem for immersive media by creating a suite of display-agnostic, royalty-free specifications. Broadband Technology Report (BTR) Talks InGeNeOS

BTR recently featured CableLabs working group, InGeNeOS, and what they're working on. The focus of this group is how to use network operation tools and techniques from the DOCSIS data. Principal Architect Jason Rupe Featured in Broadband Library

Jason Rupe recently authored an article in Broadband Library titled "PNM at CableLabs." He describes how CableLabs has been working on proactive network maintenance (PNM) and has big plans for the future of PNM. In 2019, the PNM team will focus their efforts in developing our PNM Application Environment, which will soon help support open sharing of PNM methods, capabilities and models in a common framework.
