A new short film from NCTA chronicles the broadband industry’s work to connect every community in America. “Every Last Mile: The Untold Story of Connecting Rural America” follows three construction crews and the obstacles they face daily in their work to deliver high-speed internet solutions to some of the country’s most unserved areas.
The 20-minute docufilm highlights the dedication of the workers in Alaska, Arizona and Minnesota and how they navigate a range of challenges — from searing heat and harsh winters to difficult terrain and accessibility hurdles.
