Innovation Boot Camp is a week-long “hands-on” intensive workshop for anyone who wants to be more creative, influential and impactful—and armed with breakthrough ideas. This leadership training is based on the FIRE framework for innovation developed by Phil McKinney, author, syndicated radio show host, and President and CEO of CableLabs.
The event is hosted LIVE at the CableLabs Headquarters in Louisville, Colorado. You’re welcome to join us for the “in-person” OR “virtual” experience. Either way, it’s fast-paced focused learning and fun interactive workshops.
Our topic for the October 2022 Boot Camp: Network Convergence Breakthrough. The cable industry has delivered plenty of media and network convergence over the years, and yet the emergence of new communication technologies and demand for simplification and seamless experiences continues to be constant. In this Boot Camp, we will apply our innovation frameworks, learning and tools to the exciting area of Fixed/Mobile Network Convergence. We will approach the challenges for customers and operators with fresh eyes, big questions and breakthrough ideation to drive new discoveries of differentiated experiences, new capabilities and cost efficiencies across our converged networks.
We’ll host expert speakers and allow small teams to dive deeper to discover breakthrough ideas that can advance cable industry efforts around this topic. In-person attendees will go on a topic-related field trip as part of the extended hours experience.

OPTION 1: In-person – Join us at CableLabs Louisville, Colorado office. Covid safety protocols and processes will be in place.

How Much Does It Cost?

Member In-Person: $1,250 per person(includes extended hours with Phil, coaches and speakers, additional on-site materials and most meals/snacks)

Travel/Lodging NOT included, recommended hotels within walking distance from CableLabs Headquarters.

Member Virtual: $750 per person (includes regular hours – see agenda below, at-home tool kit materials and other goodies)
Each attendee receives an Innovation Toolkit that you’ll need to build your innovation practice for Boot Camp and beyond. Certificate of Completion suitable for framing provided.
