CableLabs Leaders to Share Expertise at Upcoming Cable Next-Gen Technologies & Strategies Conference

CableLabs thought leaders will take center stage at the upcoming Cable Next-Gen Technologies & Strategies Conference, March 24-26 in Denver, participating in multiple panel discussions and delivering a keynote address on AI and the future of the cable industry.

Dr. Kyle Haefner, Principal Architect at CableLabs, will deliver a compelling keynote address on artificial intelligence and its transformative potential for the cable industry and how to secure it. Haefner will also participate in a panel discussion titled “Putting AI & ML to Work,” exploring practical applications of these technologies in network operations and customer experience.

Sanjay Patel, Senior Director of Technology Strategy at CableLabs, will contribute his expertise to two panel discussions: “Converging the Industry: Building Partnerships Between Wireless and Fixed-line Operators” and “Fiddling with Fixed Wireless,” highlighting CableLabs’ commitment to fostering collaboration across traditionally separate sectors of the telecommunications industry.

Todd Bryan, Principal Strategist, will participate in the “Going Beyond 10G” panel, discussing the industry’s vision for the next generation of broadband capabilities, while Doug Jones, Principal Architect, will share insights during the “DOCSIS 4.0: United We Stand” discussion, emphasizing the importance of industry-wide standardization.

Rounding out CableLabs’ presence, Debbie Fitzgerald, Distinguished Technologist, will participate in the “Cutting Carbon: How Cable is Going Green” panel, showcasing the industry’s commitment to environmental sustainability and improving the energy efficiency of cable technologies.
