CableLabs Technologist Chosen to Address Service Providers at the 2023 BIG 5G Event

CableLabs is proud to announce its Principal Architect, Randy Levensalor, will be a keynote speaker at this year’s BIG 5G Event held by Light Reading on May 16, 2023, at 4:20 p.m. Central Time, in Austin, TX. In his presentation, Randy will discuss extending O-RAN to wireline networks. He will present: an overview of wireless wireline convergence architecture; an examination of challenges and solutions for MVNOs; insights from 5G, PON and HFC convergence trials and testing; and the benefits of adding O-RAN interfaces to wireline access networks.
