CableLabs is proud to be an active member of our local community. Employee involvement and volunteer opportunities in our surrounding communities is strongly encouraged of all employees.
In support of this initiative, CableLabs offers a Community Works Program comprised of several employees that organize events for CableLabs staff. This program fosters a sense of teamwork as well as providing a vehicle by which staff can play a valuable role in aiding groups within our community.
CableLabs provides support to organizations such as Foothills United Way and Bonfils Blood Drive. We actively support the Susan G. Koman Race for the Cure, the Emily Keys I Love U Guys Foundation and local clothing and food drives. Other volunteer activities include assisting Habitat for Humanities and local school districts build and maintain off-site buildings and play ground equipment used by students.
